THE TROUBLE WITH MARC'S SHRINE'S LOCATION

THIS IS AN UNCOMPLETED PAGE

This page should be completed by the end of June 2022. There will be an announcement on the main News Page. It is a new page dedicated to one aspect of the contraints and problems TAG face due to the location of Marc Bolan's Rock Shrine, especially when felled trees were put across the entrance to Marc's Shrine in Gipsy Lane as they were in March 2022 making it difficult to safely access the site. The Photo Gallery and Videos show how TAG found the site on the 23rd March 2022. We are including some photos not included in the The Photo Gallery too. TAG members cleared as much as possible to make it slightly safer, but we wait for things to be done, because they are completely out of our hands.

We will write an explanation of why the felled trees/branches are completely out of TAG's control. The key thing is that, because Gipsy Lane is, as we have been saying since 1999, private land. People only have the right to walk through. Because it is not part of the public highway, there is no vehicle access, other than for the residents and their visitors to enter and leave their premises.
