After forming TAG Fee Warner was approached to take over running the Official Marc Bolan Fan Club owned and run by John and Shan Bramley. Because of concerns relating to John and Shan's management of the fan club, a Question and Answers was set up with the questions being collected and asked by Brian (Zac) Martin in December 1999 and the transcript was punblished on an indipendant website not associated with Kevin or Fee Warner, or the OMBFC. or Brian (Zac) Marti .
On the 1^st January 2000 and each Month from then until and including May 2000. In that time and at her own expense Fee built up the Unique Visitor Numbers to the web site from 300 per month to 3,000 per month. Over the May 2000 Bank Holiday John Bramley sold the fan club with memorobilia for £ 20,000.00

Below is the email message sent by TREX List Owner Alistair Laignel inviting several hundred Marc Bolan fans to submit questions for this Q&A session. Most of you will have heard of The Official Marc Bolan Fan Club and John & Shan Bramley and I'm sure that many of you have questions which you would like to ask John and Shan. As the new managers of the Official Marc Bolan Fan Club website. Fee and I have spoken to John and Shan who have happily agreed to a question and answer session so that fans' questions can be put to both John and Shan directly. So that impartiality is maintained, the Questions will be compiled by an independent, long time Bolan fan-Brain (Zac) Martin who will ask the questions at the meeting with John and Shan on a date to be arranged in December. There will be other fans present who will make sure the eventual transcription will be 100% true to what is actually said.
