ABOUT THESE CD'S - WRITTEN BY FEE WARNER

CD 1: FEE WARNER'S OWN RECORDING WHICH IS NOT QUITE COMPLETE

This was recorded from a Unique Angle & picks up the Stage Monitors, or more specifically Marc's Stage Monitors. The photograph left was taken by myself & shows where the cassette player (& me) were located on top of the 'Stage Door' which was behind, & above the audience. Therefore the recorder 'picked up' the 'Monitor Speakers', or more specifically Marc's Stage Monitors.

For the Acoustic Part of the Set, this has the advantage that the 'hand clapping noise contamination' which I we feel does detract from the 'Sound' of Marc himself, is reduced & the audience is generally only heard at the end of each song.

CD 2: THE COMPLETE SET RECORDED ON A 'SEMI-PROFESSIONAL SET-UP'

This is definitely a 'Cleaner' Recording & is The Complete Gig. It is clearly a 'Semi-Professional' recording (though no doubt done without official authorisation) done in a Reel-to-Reel Machine with a Separate Microphone so that it is of Higher Quality than most audience recordings.

In addition, it was recorded from the Balcony rather than the 'stalls' so this recording captures the Full Atmosphere, without much of the general 'crowd chatter' so often heard in audience recordings made in the stalls, making it a 'must have' addition to this Double CD.

WHY TWO CD'S FROM THE SAME GIG?

Because they give you very different 'perspectives' on the gig! CD 2 is Complete & 'Cleaner', does not have the 'Raw Energy' which Marc's Stage Monitors were 'feeding' to Marc heard on CD 1. And we don't mean 'Raw Energy' in a Bad Way, but more in relation to the 'Energy' & 'Power' which my own recording 'Picked Up'.

In addition, CD 1 is being released by the person who was actually there recording it, complete with my own Memories of this Momentous Day in My Life! Together with my own photograph taken from exactly where the recording was made.
