  THE RAFFLE REPORT
There were over twenty five prizes in the raffle, as we wanted to give everyone a good chance of winning.

  The prizes included Ten items from our CafePress 'Store' (see image below) and winners could pick whatever they wanted off the table. The final Raffle Prizes were 'Bolanic Goodie Bags' containing at least three items: Badges; Bookmarcs; 'They Died Too Young' 'Pocket Bolan Biography' books, Car Stickers & Bolanic Greetings Cards.

  The Raffle was held during a break in Jeepster's Electric Set and tickets were drawn by Rolan.

  As you can see from the photos everyone had a great time and there were lots of happy winners, although some people were disappointed becuase they wanted to buy the raffle prizes before the raffle!

  As expected the Wonderful Tile-Top 'Marc & Mickey' Jewellery Box didn't last long before it was snapped up. And how many people were hoping to win the Cushion? I lost count!

  THE QUIZ REPORT The Quiz contained Three 'Rounds' 1) Questions; 2) Picture Round & 3) The Sounds Round. At first I thought I'd set questions which were too difficult, especially for the 'Bonus Points', but when the marcing was done there were some very high scores indeed.

  Two Teams with 46_1/2 marcs & a Further Two Teams with 43_1/2 points. The lowest marc was 18, giving an idea of how well they did! And yes, in some cases half marks were awarded if the answer was there, but not complete (a couple of song titles fell into category).

  Most people at the Convention took part in the quiz. At times some questions had to be repeated which prolonged the quiz unessessarily because of the small group not taking part. But, such is life. Maybe they knew they wouldn't win?

  It was intended to announce all the scores on the night, however Rolan 'taking a break', followed by the start of Jeepster's Electric set when Rolan returned meant that it didn't quite go according to 'plan'.

  THE QUIZ RESULTS Unfortunately, both the teams who came joint First with 46_1/2 marks took their papers with them and in the 'heat-of-the-moment' I didn't get all the details!
