THURSDAY 13th SEPTEMBER:
Our trip to London began on Thursday 13th September and ended on Monday the 17th September. On Thursday 13th Kev and I arrived at The Tree to Clean, Tidy, Polish & Weed to make sure Marc's Rock Shrine looked as it should for visitors over the Anniversary weekend. We also had to remove the beautiful Pan Statue which UK Club Member Dean had ordered especially from the US as someone had broken his head off (reported in July 2007) and replace him with a new 'Pan' Dean had also ordered from the US.
To our amazement there were people at The Tree when we arrived and messages and flowers showing people had been visiting for the past few days. In all we were at The Tree for around five hours of which the 'tidy' took around three. This was partly because my daughter Ellie and I had done quite a lot of work on our July 2007.
FRIDAY 14th SEPTEMBER: MARC'S MYSTICAL ROOTS
John Peel recalled how he and Marc visited both Glastonbury Tor & Stonehenge so we thought it was more than appropriate for TAG to organise this First which featured Paul Fenton & Rob Benson, along with the Arch Druid for Stonehenge and the Arch Druidess of Stonehenge too! FRIDAY 14th SEPTEMBER: LONDON EVENING STANDARD

FRIDAY 14th SEPTEMBER: THE GUARDIAN
On Friday 14th September, 2007 the Alexis Petridis wrote a 'Blog' Remembering Bolan exposes T.Rex extinction on the Guardian Web Site. It is a pretty damning, but heartfelt review of the 30th Anniversary Celebrations for Marc. "He was the founding father of glam rock, but on the 30th anniversary of his death Marc Bolan's musical mark has as good as disappeared." Read the Article Here
SATURDAY 15th SEPTEMBER: LONDON BOY BOLAN TRIP REDFERNS & SHEPHERD'S BUSH
We woke up to find two copies of the London Evening Standard outside our B&B Door. The issue came out while we were at Stonehenge. Club Member Dean, who arrived at our B&B (which TAG had 'taken over') unable to come on the Marc's Mystical Roots Trip had bought them, knowing we would miss it. Many Tanx :-) Again Club Members were 'out & about' early for our London Boy Trip around some Bolan Sights of Interest including Redferns Photo Exhibition, before heading off to the Shepherd's Bush Empire for the evening event. SUNDAY 16th SEPTEMBER: MARC BOLAN'S SHRINE
We arrived at The Tree around 11 am and we have never seen so many fans there that early! In all there were around 2,000 visitors to the site on the 16th
